SPORTS AESTHETICS: HARMONY OF RHYTHM, MOVEMENT AND CULTURE

The article examines various aspects of sports aesthetics, including the importance of elegance of movement, rhythm, physical culture and technical skill. It is emphasized that sport has not only physical but also spiritual and aesthetic value. Using the example of technical and aesthetic sports, such as rhythmic gymnastics, ballroom dancing, figure skating, attention is drawn to the harmony of plasticity and music in human movements. Although new technologies and innovations in modern sports are aimed at improving the results of athletes, it is noted that the aesthetic aspects of the human factor must be preserved. The importance of physical education and sports for the individual and society, their role in ensuring a social, cultural and healthy lifestyle are determined.
