This article explores the significant role of Model United Nations (MUN) in shaping the leadership, diplomatic, and legal skills of youth, with a specific focus on Uzbekistan. It examines how MUN programs help young people develop essential skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, negotiation, and diplomacy, which are crucial for future leadership roles in government, law, and international relations. Through a case study of Uzbekistan, the article highlights how MUN encourages youth to engage with global issues, build a global mindset, and prepare for careers in law and diplomacy.
