The development of creative qualities of school teachers is focused on the teaching activity of school teachers and the creative qualities of students who acquire the skills of their profession. It is optimal to develop the creative qualities of school teachers, to ensure a high level of education. The creativity of primary school teachers directs their personal abilities, natural and social energy to quality and efficient organization of professional activities. Professional growth and development of a person as a specialist is manifested in a processual manner according to its essence.
