This dissertation examines the role of art and culture in our lives, as well as the history of changes in this field. At the same time, it provides a detailed description of the activities and tasks of the State Institute of Art and Culture of Uzbekistan and the Uzbekistan Conservatory. It also explores the opportunities and conditions for elevating these institutions to a new level. Furthermore, it delves into the issues of attracting qualified specialists who study these cultural institutions.
