Аннотация

В данной статье автор рассматривает функции и средства борьбы, которая сегодня считается национальным видом спорта. Были отмечены роль и значение борьбы для нашего народа, а также достижение высоких результатов занимающимися ею спортсменами. Выявлена классификация средств спортивной тренировки в национальной борьбе: естественных сил природы, гигиенических факторов и физических упражнений.
