This article is based on the information presented in the work "Kashkuli Salimiy and his history muttaqadimin va muttaakhirin" by historian Mirza Salimbek, a state and public figure who occupied a special place in the Emirate of Bukhara at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century with his social, political and educational activities. Information about the history of Turkish statehood, in particular, the Ottoman Empire, as well as Mirza Salimbek's views on the activities of the sultans, will be covered.
