The article provides information about the evolution of ideas about social technologies, its importance, development and stages. The relevance of the problem of studying social technologies in society is emphasized by awareness of the changes taking place in the socio-economic space. Such changes include, first of all, the increase in the role of human capital in the economic sphere, changes in parameters, as well as the nature of the socio-economic dynamics of modern society, the acceleration of market processes, the economic consequences of globalization, information and communication technologies and the management systems of information processes in society based on them. in connection with the spread, the occurrence of unprecedented changes in the socio-economic environment at all levels of management systems.
