This article examines the crucial role of legal culture and legal education in the development and support of democratic governance in the state. A strong legal culture fosters respect for the rule of law, fundamental rights and democratic principles. Legal education as a means of conveying legal norms and values plays a decisive role in shaping the attitude and behavior of lawyers and citizens.
