In the course of this research, the characteristics of the development of the electoral system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the participation of political parties in the electoral process were analyzed. It is known that reforms are being implemented in the electoral system in our country. Positive aspects of the new electoral system were analyzed by studying the new electoral system and foreign experience in this regard.
