In many countries of the world, the fight against sexually transmitted diseases has been one of the most complex social problems. Diseases such as wounds, warts, leprosy, fungal diseases, itching, eczema, and scabies are included in the list of skin-genital diseases. Skin and genital diseases have been known to mankind since ancient times, and the great physician Hippocrates systematizes skin diseases and gives information about scabies, leprosy and other such diseases. Also, medical scholar Abu Ali ibn Sina writes about the symptoms of diseases such as eczema, itching and rabies and their treatment methods in his book "Medical Laws". In the 18th century, English, French, and German schools of dermatology appeared for the study of skin-genital diseases. Skin venereal diseases have existed in Central Asia since ancient times. So, what was the period, dynamics, and geography of the spread of these diseases in Uzbekistan during the Soviet era? The spread of these diseases is mainly influenced by social and household living conditions of the population, lack of sanitary culture, etc.
