Аннотация

Ushbu maqola jahon turizmida turoperatorlik faoliyatining rivojlanish holatini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari turoperatorlar sonining o‘sishi, yangi texnologiyalar va innovatsiyalarning qo‘llanilishi, ekologik barqarorlikka e'tibor va COVID-19 pandemiyasining ta'sirini o‘z ichiga oladi. Yevropa va Shimoliy Amerika turoperatorlari xalqaro bozorning yetakchilari sifatida ko‘rsatilib, Osiyo va Tinch okeani mintaqasi tez rivojlanmoqda. Turoperatorlik sohasining samaradorligini oshirish uchun yangi texnologiyalarni joriy etish, ekologik barqarorlikni ta'minlash va davlat qo‘llab-quvvatlovi zarurligi ta'kidlangan. Muhokamada mintaqaviy rivojlanish va mijozlar bilan muloqot muhimligi qayd etilgan.
