COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONDUCT OF SOCIETY AND STATE AFFAIRS

The article provides a comparative study of the content of the right to participate in the management of public and state affairs in Uzbekistan, its definition in other countries, and international standards. As a result of the study, the features of defining the elements of this right and the procedure for their implementation in different countries were identified.
