This article examines the emerging trend of online dispute resolution (ODR) in the context of the World Trade Organization (WTO). As trade disputes become increasingly complex and transnational in scope, ODR provides an ideal solution to streamline settlement processes. The article proposes a basis for the implementation of ODR, which solves existing problems along with the development of international cooperation on trade disputes. It concludes with recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders to promote the effective use of ODR within the WTO.
