THE LEGAL PROCEDURE FOR EXECUTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIAL ACTS

In this article, the author carries out a legal analysis related to the enforcement focus of court documents accepted by administrative courts. The analysis was based largely on two different contents of court documents. In it, first of all, the decision of the decision made by the administrative courts on the results of the content of the case and the legal procedure for bringing decisions into legal force and focusing on execution are analyzed, then the procedural document analyzes the procedure established in the legislation in connection with the execution of the numbered judgments as well. The analysis is enriched with statistics as well as keys from practice. Also, during the analysis, legal solutions as well as proposals for legislation are given as a result of analyzes to existing problems in the legislation.
