LEGAL BASIS OF FINANCING HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

As is known, the prospects of each country depend, first of all, on how the education system is organized in this country. Because it is impossible to achieve high results without creating an effective education system in the country. For this reason, our country has tried to create an effective education system in the country from the first days of its independence. In this regard, it is necessary to create a solid legal framework. This research paper analyzes the main regulatory documents developed and approved for the purpose of developing the education system, especially the higher education system, and creating an effective financing mechanism, as well as their brief content. At the same time, based on the research results, scientific conclusions and recommendations were developed.
