The article provides a comparative-typological analysis of enlightenment motifs in Ray Bradbury's works " Fahrenheit 451" and Isajon Sultan's “The eternal wanderer”. The works are analyzed as motifs affecting the growth and inner experiences of the characters as motifs of enlightenment. The universal and specific aspects of the works are explored.
