SOME THEORETICAL-LEGAL ISSUES OF THE CODIFICATION PROCESS IN THE LEGAL SYSTEMS OF THE CENTRAL ASIAN STATES

The article notes that the rapid development of social relations leads to the adoption of new normative legal acts and, as a result, to an increase in their number, and such a situation requires systematization of the current legislation; on the basis of specific examples, the role of codification, as well as the general and specific features of this process in the legal systems of the Central Asian countries is analyzed and the relevant conclusions are formulated.
