The article describes the state of the network of school and secondary specialised educational institutions, the number of schools operating in the republic by the beginning of the Second World War, and also provides a detailed analysis of how the network of schools and secondary specialised educational institutions was not only not destroyed during the war years, but even strengthened its position.
