The article analyzes the historical development of political and diplomatic relations between the Central Asian khanates and the Ottoman Empire. In particular, it examines the relations between the Shaybanid state and the Ottoman Empire in the 15th-16th centuries. The article highlights the unique aspects of political relations during this period, various diplomatic ties, political coalitions, as well as changes in the international situation in these regions.
