THE ROLE OF CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE ON THE BASIS OF A HEALTHY SPIRITUAL ENVIRONMENT

This article presents issues of strengthening attention to important factors of building a fair civil society, moral and legal education, compliance with the law with unconditional internal discipline, strengthening democratic principles, the skills of respect for the state, civil duty. It is also stated that increasing the legal literacy of young people, the comprehensive development of medium and small entrepreneurship, the formation and strengthening of a sense of responsibility in young people towards society, towards independence, are important in the fight against factors that negatively affect the development of society.
