Abstract

At the present stage of the country's development, an important task is to organize the training of competitive personnel based on new innovations, which are one of the main factors of socio-economic development. The rise of human civilization to a new level is a process in which achievements in the field of science and technology directly depend on the human factor. The experience of developed countries shows that one of the main driving factors of progress is the creation of a system for training highly qualified personnel. The timely application of innovative thinking by competitive personnel in all spheres of society opens up new opportunities for the active and effective development of the state, society and the individual. This article philosophically ehamines the innovative prospects of the modern personnel training system in the development of the new Uzbekistan.
