ACTIVITIES OF THE SOVIET GOVERNMENT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF KARAKUL FARMING IN UZBEKISTAN

After the formation of the Uzbek SSR in 1925, it was revealed that the interests of the Center in the economic sphere in the Republic would prevail, the Republic specialized mainly in the production of agricultural products, which led to complex socio-political processes. In particular, the sharp decline in the number of korakol sheep in 1924-1925, the correct Organization of state policy in 1928-1931, the consideration of Uzbekistan as the main region for growing korakol skins as a result of the transfer of international auctions for access to foreign markets, is revealed using archival materials.
