Abstract

This article examines the organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of women's entrepreneurship in the service sector in Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to the role of educational programs and financial support that contribute to the successful development of women-led businesses. The main problems and barriers faced by women entrepreneurs, including legal and economic obstacles, are analyzed. Examples of successful women-owned enterprises in the service sector are provided and positive changes in economic performance are discussed as the number of women entrepreneurs increases. Based on the data obtained, recommendations are proposed to improve the organizational and economic environment to support women's entrepreneurship.
