Abstract

The article analyzes the essencye of mythological worldviyew, its influyencye on human thinking and culture. Through legends, a person’s first aspirations to understand the world, his viyews on nature and sociyety, as wyell as his role in the formation of moral rules, are illuminated. The symbolism of legends, their influyencye on the spiritual development of man and modern art and literature are considered.
