PREVENTIVE FUNCTION OF POST-PENITENTIARY RESOCIALIZATION

This article analyzes the problems arising in the process of reorganization of persons released from penitentiary institutions, as well as the significance of the types of assistance provided to former convicts in preventing crimes that they may commit in the future. Of these problems, the problem of housing has been studied more extensively.
