Abstract

This article discusses important aspects, procedures, and methods of regulating the transboundary
movement of waste. As a result of the sharp increase in the number of the population, the number of products
produced to meet their needs and the amount of waste left in them is also increasing. Countries have different
approaches to waste management, some countries are not ready to completely process and dispose of waste, so
they can sell it to other countries. Therefore, the transboundary movement of waste is regulated by means of a
number of conventions or as a result of bilateral agreements.
