The study looks at how the things that happen in a young person's life and their own goals affect their participation in business activities. An important part of the book is the discussion of how social standards and personal goals affect young people's money decisions and actions. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to look at how young people are involved in different economic areas, how creative they are, and how they adapt to job markets that change quickly. The article suggests ways to improve young people's ability to participate in society and the economy by finding important trends and problems they face. This research is very important for lawmakers and teachers who want to make the economy more open and useful for young people.
