The article is dedicated to analyzing the key priorities of the environmental policy of New Uzbekistan, aimed at ensuring sustainable development and environmental protection. It examines the state’s strategic initiatives, including the development of a "green economy," the improvement of environmental and climate policy legislation, the introduction of innovative technologies, and the implementation of international environmental standards. Particular attention is paid to institutional changes, the establishment of specialized environmental protection bodies, and the integration of environmental aspects into the state governance process.
