ISSUES OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION IN INTERNATIONAL BODIES

This article describes the concept of mechanisms for the protection of human rights in international bodies, their main features, classification, the process for activities of the auxiliary human rights bodies established within the UN, the main directions of human rights treaty bodies, and the procedure for submitting individual complaints. As part of the comparative analysis, an interaction analysis was conducted between established and functioning international mechanisms.
