Currently, artificial intelligence technologies are being widely implemented in the technical field. These innovative technologies are capable of creating astonishing discoveries without human intervention, which is causing complex issues in the field of intellectual property rights. This necessitates reviewing not only patent law but also traditional concepts of copyright law. Below, we will discuss the impact, role, and legal significance of artificial intelligence's development and use on intellectual property rights. Additionally, solutions will be presented for potential problems that may arise in this field, particularly regarding matters of artificial intelligence liability.
