The conditions and modern changes being implemented today in preschool educational organizations allow for the utilization of all opportunities, self-demanding attitudes, establishing cooperation with parents, mastering professional skills, self-improvement, and fully realizing one’s capabilities and potential. This increases the need for qualified specialists. The analysis highlights the necessity of ensuring preschool education coverage for children, equipping organizations with modern educational and methodological materials and fiction, and attracting qualified pedagogical and managerial staff. The main focus is on improving preschool educational organizations, ensuring equal access to quality preschool education, and developing the non-governmental sector of preschool education services.
