Abstract

The article discusses the issues of a values-based approach to the professional and ethical preparation of students. Also, the content, features and possibilities of purposeful formation of the personality of future specialists based on a value-based approach in educating students are considered. The conducted studies have shown that the implementation of a value-based approach to professional and pedagogical training of students is possible, on the one hand, in accordance with the socially established values ​​of pedagogical work, and on the other hand, in the educational process, creating situations for self-knowledge, self-expression, creating an environment for their personal acceptance, including the organization of professional training, which meets a number of pedagogical conditions.
