This article deeply studies the formation and effective management of financial resources in commercial banks and analyzes the main indicators of the banking system of our country. Also, the theoretical aspects of managing the financial resources of commercial banks, the need for management and the specific aspects of management, as well as a number of other aspects, were studied and researched. A comparative study of the state of resource mobilization in the banking practice of developed countries is important for developing measures and relevant policies for the effective management of the resources of commercial banks of Uzbekistan.
