This article explores the historical roots of the master-apprentice relationship in Uzbek national handicrafts and how this system is undergoing transformations today. In traditional craftsmanship, this relationship played a significant role not only in transferring professional skills but also in instilling moral and spiritual values in the younger generation.The article analyzes the ties between master and apprentice based on mutual trust, respect, and responsibility. It also highlights the importance of preserving this tradition in modern society and its role in social and cultural life. The master-apprentice system is emphasized as a key factor in continuing the legacy of craftsmanship, educating the youth, and strengthening national values.
