In this article, the second son of Ahmad ibn Asad, the founder of the first centralized state in Central Asia, the main representative of the centralized Samanid state, which emerged after the crisis of the Arab Caliphate, which ruled in 892-907, was considered one of the most powerful and powerful rulers of the Samanid dynasty. Information is provided about the administrative system and army reform implemented in the Samanid state during the reign of Ismail ibn Ahmed al-Samani, who is considered the ruler of Bukhara.
