Til — bu muloqotning asosi bo‘lib, tibbiyot sohasida u fan, insoniylik va davolash jarayonini bog‘lovchi ko‘prik vazifasini bajaradi. Barcha tillar orasida lotin tili tibbiyot olamida alohida va barqaror mavqega ega. Ko‘pincha “o‘lik til” sifatida qaralishiga qaramay, lotin tili anatomiya, dori nomlari va klinik jarayonlarda keng qo‘llanadigan tibbiy terminologiyada hanuzgacha faol va tirikdir. Tibbiyot mutaxassislari va talabalar uchun lotin tilini o‘rganish oddiy til ko‘nikmasidan iborat bo‘lmay, zamonaviy tibbiyotning ilmiy va tarixiy asoslarini chuqur anglash imkonini beradi.
