Mazkur maqolada xalqaro savdo munosabatlari sharoitida faoliyat yurituvchi tadbirkorlik subyektlarida logistika boshqaruvini takomillashtirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Globallashuv, xalqaro taʼminot zanjirlarining murakkablashuvi hamda tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyatda yuzaga kelayotgan risklar sharoitida tadbirkorlik faoliyatining samaradorligi koʻp jihatdan logistika jarayonlarining shaffofligi, moslashuvchanligi va boshqaruvchanligiga bogʻliq ekanligi asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqotda taʼminot zanjirining raqamli egizagi (Supply Chain Digital Twin – SCDT) konsepsiyasi xalqaro savdoda ishtirok etuvchi tarmoq chakana savdo va tadbirkorlik subyektlari logistikasini boshqarishning zamonaviy vositasi sifatida koʻrib chiqilgan. Maqolada taʼminot zanjirining raqamli egizagi asosida shakllantirilgan taʼminot zanjiri arxitekturasi strategik, taktik va operatsion darajalarda tahlil qilinib, logistika kontrollingi tizimining xalqaro savdo munosabatlaridagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Raqamli egizak texnologiyalari, IoT, katta maʼlumotlar va prediktiv analitika yordamida logistika jarayonlarini monitoring qilish, prognozlash va optimallashtirish imkoniyatlari ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalari xalqaro savdo bilan shugʻullanuvchi tadbirkorlik subyektlarida risklarni kamaytirish, xarajatlarni optimallashtirish va xizmat koʻrsatish sifatini oshirishda SCDT va logistika kontrollingi muhim boshqaruv instrumentlari ekanligi koʻrsatilgan.
