In the article, the concept of "Civil Society" in the historical approach expressed various forms corresponding to the ideological and political characteristics of certain periods. In order to understand the modern civil society, it is important to imagine the modern stage by observing the changes of the concept of civil society in different historical periods, in different conditions and periods, including the current period, and by comparing them.
