KURASH DEVELOPMENT BASED ON INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES

This article presents scientifically based suggestions on the development of kurash on the example of national sports included in the program of the Olympic and Asian Games. Based on the received information and the conducted analysis, conclusions were drawn up on the further popularization of kurash and increasing its international prestige.
