This article analyzes in detail the importance of culture in the process of communication, the factors affecting the formation of speech ethics of English and Uzbeks. In addition, by defining the concepts of culture, speech, ethics and anthropocentric research, it facilitates their comprehension in the text. This analysis shows that language and culture are the main factors in communication. The expansion of intercultural communication is based on the interaction of representatives of different cultures in the development of their speech ethics.
