Аннотация

В статье рассматривается о создании и финансировании стартап-проектов, его преимуществах. В частности, описаны перспективные вопросы в этой области, вопросы их внедрения в жизнь общества, технические требования регулирования и этой защиты. Также в статье описывается мировой опыт в данном направлении, результаты проведенной работы, а также законодательство и практика Узбекистана..
