Abstract

Operational risks are an integral part of the banking sector, especially commercial banks. These risks include a wide range of potential problems arising from internal processes, systems and human factors. It is essential for banks to understand the nature of operational risks and their causes in order to effectively manage and mitigate them. The objective of this article is to highlight the nuances of Operational risks in commercial banks, study the reasons for their occurrence, and clarify their significance.
