Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida naqd pulsiz hisob-kitoblar shakllaridan foydalanish amaliyotini takomillashtirish bilan bog‘liq muammolar ilgari surilib, ushbu muammolarni hal qilishga qaratilgan ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Elektron to‘lovlarga o‘tish iqtisodiyot samaradorligini oshiradi, naqd pulni kamaytiradi, moliyaviy shaffoflikni yaxshilaydi, moliyaviy inklyuzivlikni rag‘batlantiradi, raqamli iqtisodiyotni rivojlantiradi, xarajatlarni kamaytiradi va foydalanuvchilar uchun qulaylik yaratadi.
