Modern requirements for the educational process give us the opportunity to accept the organization and formation of professional social competence as a pedagogical process. It is aimed at providing students with high-quality professional competences with the development of significant and motivational spheres and interpersonal and intercultural social competences of professional activity. Therefore, in the article, the development of the social competence of the future sociologist as a mature specialist will help young people to find their place in labor activities, get quality education, the most important element of humanity in the formation of interpersonal socio-cultural dialogues is the sub between the teacher and students. The fact that object-object communication is an important factor, the organizational and pedagogical aspects of the development of social competence in future sociologists are analyzed.
