This article covers the importance of international assessment programs in determining the natural-scientific, mathematical and reading literacy of students, their goals and objectives. In teaching the international PIRLS program of teachers of the future primary class, it was thought about improving the quality of education and ensuring the scientific potential, creative search of students to meet international requirements on the basis of a new generation of textbooks.
