In this article, the hermeneutic concept of the text and cognitive hermeneutic issues, intellectual qualifications and skills characteristic of a person who thinks critically are highlighted. The information and reforms related to the hermeneutic concept and cognitive hermeneutic issues are included, and the importance of the role of hermeneutics in implementing them in a new way and a new worldview necessary for the professional activity in the future is fully explained.
