The financial independence of the judiciary is essential for ensuring justice. The constitutional mechanism plays an important role in the financial independence of the judiciary. This article argues that the elements related to ensuring the financial independence of the judiciary are not enough in the Constitution of Uzbekistan. In this regard, it proposes amendments to the Constitution.
