Abstract
The article explores the potential of crowdfunding as a method for counter-financing innovative projects. It delves into the distinct characteristics, benefits, and drawbacks of crowdfunding, crowdlending, and crowd-investing, all of which are regarded as avenues for funding innovative initiatives. Additionally, it investigates the worldwide trends in the development of the crowdfunding market. The possibilities of using crowdfunding in financing innovative projects in the field of tourism are considered. The problems and prospects of implementing a crowdfunding system in the Republic of Uzbekistan are described
