This article is devoted to the scientific and practical studies of the improvement of professional development in higher educational institutions and the deformation (adaptation to work, getting used to) of relations and participants in the field of education. Students are told about the role and importance of the professional deformation approach. Recommendations have been made for the development of future pedagogues, who are considered the future of our country from the economic, political and spiritual point of view.
