Abstract

In this article, the role of philosophical-pedagogical approaches in the development of leadership qualities in female students is studied. Also, important aspects such as the ability of a person to develop themselves, problem solving, teamwork skills, mature and moral values, and the ability to manage themselves were analyzed.
